He outlines the initial steps for engaging with their services, starting with a “Zero Meeting,” which is conducted via Zoom with no expectations, pressure, commitment, judgment, cost, or strings attached. The purpose is to determine mutual compatibility without any obligation, lasting anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour.
This non-committal approach allows both sides to decide if they wish to proceed with a partnership.

This is where we identify gaps, discuss your goals in detail, and define the scope of work involved. By the end of the meeting, we have the information needed to quote the annual fee. There is still no commitment whatsoever to proceed.
